Post Reapercon Update

Hi Everyone,
This is a very quick update. We are back from Reapercon, we really enjoyed meeting some of you in person and showing everyone our Rise of the Mimics 2 pieces! We also hosted our first ever manufacturers painting competition at the con and it was a blast!
Now that we are back from the show we are getting really close to starting the unpainted fulfillment. Our current plan is to lock addresses on Monday the 16th, and slowly begin sending out unpainted rewards after that. As we get into the swing of it the speed of fulfillment will pick up.
We can't wait to hear some feedback as the first packages start to arrive!

We wanted to post an update for the start of August. We're waiting on some packaging for rise of the mimics 2 to arrive from the printers, and then we are almost ready to start unpainted fulfillment. There is a handful of casts left to be done and then starts the fun of boxing and packaging up all of the kits! here is another picture of painted product that will be fulfilled closely behind unpainted, we are tracking very close with the painted offering.
Galladoria Games is heading to reapercon at the end of the month and we hope to see some of you there! We will have a large booth and will post lots of photos of the con, we are also hosting with reaper our first ever Galladoria Games painted mini competition during the convention. This should be a ton of fun, and we have a $100 gift certificate for first place and a $50 gift certificate for second place. The Reaper Judges will be judging our competition as well.
I'll post another update as we get closer to starting unpainted fulfillment, it should not be to much longer!

backerkit lockdown

We are going to lock the backerkit tomorrow for everyone that has made their selections. A handful of people are still Mia, I will be reaching out to each of you directly :)
If you have not finished your selections please do so as soon as possible it will help us prep for shipping!
Speaking of shipping about 70% of all models have been cast. After the backerkit is locked we will start to plan out a time line to start shipping. First we will send out all of the unpainted pledges, we are going to send out the unpainted when all unpainted orders are ready to go. Previously we have done rolling fulfillment, but it seems to cause more issues then value when backers not at the front of the rolling fulfillment feel very anxious for when their packages will be shipped!
For this campaign when we start unpainted shipping it should be complete within a few weeks. We will then prep for painted fulfillment.

We are taking the fourth off, but we are making great progress! Below are some raw pictures of the bins and bins of mimics piling up :)

I just snapped this picture of Meadows workstation!
Another day of painting down and we're moving ahead at lighting pace! It's like a herd of mimics are chasing us :)
